Production/Clerical

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to assist with both manufacturing/production duties and administrative office support. This is a hands-on role that requires someone comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced environment while also handling clerical and customer-related tasks professionally. ResponsibilitiesProduction & Manufacturing Duties Bottling, capping, labeling, and packaging products Assisting with production line operations Standing for extended periods during shifts Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement Maintaining cleanliness and organization of production areas Assisting with inventory and materials handling Administrative & Clerical Duties Answering and responding to emails professionally Scanning and organizing invoices and documents Gathering and entering customer order information Preparing and sending invoices/bills Filing paperwork and maintaining records Running local errands as needed Supporting general office operations and communication Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable balancing physical labor with office tasks Basic computer knowledge (email, scanning, data entry, spreadsheets) Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Prior manufacturing or administrative experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting What We're Looking For We need someone dependable, flexible, and motivated — a person who can move from the production floor to office responsibilities smoothly while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay:

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
