Manufacturing Technician Department:
Cure Location:
Ogden, UT Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our Cure Department. This position is responsible for supporting the curing process of carbon fiber composite components, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to producing high-quality products. Schedule & Pay Shift 1 Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $18.00 per hour Shift 2 Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM $19.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor curing ovens and related equipment. Load and unload composite parts according to production schedules. Follow work instructions and process specifications to ensure proper cure cycles. Inspect parts before and after curing to verify quality standards. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals. High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
