Responsibilities Operate various production equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to support assembly and manufacturing tasks Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions to ensure precise assembly and quality standards Use measuring instruments and hand tools to perform accurate measurements and mechanical assembly tasks Conduct manual handling of materials and heavy lifting to move components safely within the facility Maintain a clean, organized workspace following safety protocols and factory standards Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Support managing production or assembly teams by following instructions, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of work Qualifications Entry Level Position Able to use hand and power tools correctly Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents accurately Experience with forklift operation and manual handling techniques is a plus Knowledge of safety standards in production environments Strong attention to detail with the ability to use measuring instruments effectively Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual handling tasks Join us in delivering quality products through dedication, skill, and teamwork!
