How You Will Make History Here… As a Processing Operator (Flex), you will play a key role in producing high-quality products by safely operating and supporting multiple processing positions within the Processing Team. Your flexibility, teamwork, and commitment to food safety will help ensure efficient operations while maintaining quality and production standards. What You Will Do… Safely set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment, including mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers. Serve as a flexible operator by rotating across multiple processing positions, providing break relief, and supporting production schedules as needed. May be assigned to cover Utility Driver responsibilities when required. Maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition following housekeeping standards. Complete all required production and operational documentation accurately and timely. Support and participate in preventive maintenance activities. Follow all food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and plant safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to support training initiatives and ensure adequate coverage across shifts. Perform heavy lifting and other job-related duties as assigned. Support overtime and occasional weekend production needs when required. This position is scheduled on the PM Shift. Who You Will Work With… Processing Team members Production Supervisors Maintenance Team Quality and Food Safety Teams Utility Drivers and other Operations personnel What You Bring To The Table… (must Have) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow established procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a production environment. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and food safety standards. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing production needs. Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as required.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE
… (NICE TO HAVE) Previous manufacturing or production line experience. Food manufacturing, food service, or food handling experience. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and GMP requirements.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Manufacturing/production facility environment. Regular exposure to operational machinery and production equipment. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the shift. Compliance with all safety, food safety, and GMP requirements is required at all times.
Compensation Pay:
$21.75 per hour

PM Location:
901 N. 200 W. Richmond, UT 84333 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
