Duties Pack customer orders carefully to ensure accuracy and product safety during transit Prepare products for shipment by inspecting, labeling, and organizing items according to company standards Track inventory levels regularly to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages Operate hand tools safely and effectively for packaging, assembly, or product prep tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status or product details when necessary Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency in daily operations Requirements Ability to pack orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner Basic familiarity with operating hand tools used in packaging or product prep Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory tracking and order accuracy Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and providing customer support when needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Prior experience in production, fulfillment, or warehouse settings is a plus but not mandatory Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Join us as a Production and Fulfillment Associate if you are motivated by teamwork, efficiency, and delivering quality service.
