Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking experienced Truss Leads to supervise a production team and assist with the construction of roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects. This is a long-term opportunity with the possibility of permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs. Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and support truss assembly team members
  • Read and understand shop drawings and work orders
  • Accurately set up truss jigs for production
  • Measure and cut wood at the required angles
  • Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications
  • Install gussets and connector plates
  • Operate roller machines and other production equipment
  • Move, stack, and organize completed trusses
  • Monitor production quality and safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements ✅ Minimum one year of truss-building or related leadership experience ✅ Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately ✅ Basic math and measurement skills ✅ Strong communication and team-leadership abilities ✅ Reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
