We take pride in our craftsmanship, accuracy, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We're looking for a detail-oriented Production & Shipping Associate to join our team and help ensure every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality. What We Offer Full-time, day shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) Free on-the-job training and certifications Opportunities to grow and learn new production skills Company luncheons and holiday celebrations Supportive, team-focused work environment Key Responsibilities Inspect and quality-check materials after production Operate laminating equipment with precision and care Accurately package and ship finished products to customers Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock control Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely order fulfillment Requirements Strong attention to detail and quality control focus Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Good eye/hand coordination and physical dexterity Basic to intermediate math and computer skills Comfortable using measurement tools (calipers, tape measure, ruler) Able to read, write, and understand English to follow work orders, labels, and shipping documentation Able to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed Must pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, packaging, laminating, or quality control Experience working in a production or warehouse environment Join a company that values precision, teamwork, and pride in every product shipped.
