Responsibilities Assist with general production duties, including packaging, labeling, and light product assembly. Prepare and handle materials for production as directed. Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company hygiene standards. Work safely and efficiently to help the team meet daily production goals. Support different departments and production areas based on workload and scheduling needs. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly. Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally, with heavier lifting as needed. Must follow all safety, dress, and hygiene requirements. No jewelry, artificial nails, or lash extensions are permitted during shifts. Closed-toe shoes are required, and jeans must be free of rips or tears. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Dependable, hardworking, and adaptable to changing production needs. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required. Pay $16.00
