Job Description

PiperBlue Organic Makeup is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join us in a cross-trained role covering production and fulfillment. This hands-on position helps create our clean, high-performance makeup and skincare products, and helps get them packaged and shipped out to customers with care. We're hiring for both a full-time and a part-time position:

Full-time:

9:00 AM

•3:00

PM, Monday-Friday Part-time:

9:00 AM

•12:00 PM or 12:00 PM

•3:00 PM, Monday-Friday (shift assigned based on scheduling needs)

Production Responsibilities :

Weigh and measure raw materials according to product formulas Mix and manufacture makeup and skincare products Pour or fill products into their containers and apply lids, labels, and seals Assemble and prepare finished products for inventory Count and record incoming raw materials, packaging, and supplies Follow formulas and production steps precisely Perform quality-control checks — weight, color, texture, consistency, packaging, and labeling Keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and sanitized Fulfillment Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and accurately Double-check items before boxing to make sure the right products, shades, and quantities are going out Package orders neatly and thoughtfully — every box is often a customer's first hands-on experience with the brand Inspect products before shipping for dings, breaks, loose lids, or other issues Keep packing materials and supplies stocked and organized Help process returns and exchanges as needed Keep the workstation clean and ready for the next shift Cross-Functional Responsibilities Notice when a product, process, or piece of equipment isn't working right, and speak up Troubleshoot issues and help find practical solutions Communicate mistakes, shortages, or concerns clearly and promptly Ask questions when something is unclear Move easily between production and fulfillment tasks depending on the day's priorities What We're Looking For Must be able to reliably commute to our facility in Tooele county. Quick and efficient, without sacrificing accuracy Exceptional attention to detail — someone who catches the small things Cares about the customer experience, not just getting orders out the door Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work Dependable, punctual, and able to stay focused Organized and keeps a clean workspace Comfortable weighing, measuring, counting, and following instructions Good communicator, comfortable asking questions or flagging concerns Honest and responsible with ingredients, inventory, and company information Experience in production, warehouse, shipping, or cosmetics is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move materials Ability to safely lift heavy boxes Comfortable working around cosmetic powders, botanical ingredients, oils, waxes, and natural scents About PiperBlue PiperBlue is a Utah-based organic makeup and skincare company committed to ingredient purity and exceptional product performance.
