Salt Lake City, UT Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift Steel Toe Shoes Required About the Position We are hiring Production Operators to join a manufacturing team producing high-quality orthotic and prosthetic products. In this role, you'll work with molds, machinery, and injection equipment to produce soft liner products designed to provide comfort and support for individuals using prosthetic devices. This is a hands-on production position that is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with machinery, following a detailed process, and producing quality products. What You'll Do Prepare metal molds for the production process Apply release agent to molds and prepare them for injection Operate injection equipment to fill molds with urethane material Use a demolding machine to safely separate molds and remove finished liners Use a jib crane to assist with lifting and positioning molds Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Follow work instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing, production, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment Ability to safely handle molds weighing approximately 10-15 lbs. Comfortable learning to use a jib crane to assist with lifting and moving molds Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment Steel toe shoes required Apply Now Share This Post
