Production Machine Operator - Hutt Assembly 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:00pm) Overtime/weekend work may be required and is based on production needs Join Our Team! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator (Assembly) to join our team on 1st Shift. In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, and help ensure the efficient production of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and are willing to learn multiple operations, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Operate assembly equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently. Run and monitor offline leak testing equipment. Continuously monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and remove defective products from the production line. Perform quality inspections, including: Gauging measurements SPC (Statistical Process Control) charting Visual inspections Cross-train and work in multiple production areas as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple job functions. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to visually inspect and assemble parts accurately.
