Job Summary 12 Hours shift 5AM-5Pm/5PM -5AM. Two schedule either (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient manufacturing of products while maintaining strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Your active participation will help us deliver safe, high-quality items to our customers and support our ongoing commitment to excellence in processing. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following established safety and operational procedures Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products according to quality standards and specifications Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to regulations, safety management systems, and regulatory/legal compliance standards Conduct quality checks throughout the production cycle, identifying and addressing any deviations from quality standards in production or packaging Support inventory management by accurately documenting materials used via SAP or other inventory systems Follow safety standards in production, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe operation of equipment such as forklifts when required Experience Practices), and safety management systems is essential Familiarity with manufacturing management practices, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives Mechanical knowledge related to processing equipment is advantageous Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording are required Experience managing or supporting production teams demonstrates strong managerial communication skills Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to producing safe, high-quality products while advancing your career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
