Supports daily production operations on 2nd shift, ensuring quality output, reliability, and alignment with client processes. This role focuses on maintaining workflow efficiency, meeting production standards, and supporting a consistent team environment. Key Responsibilities Production Support Assist with assembly and production tasks to meet daily output goals. Follow detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency. Quality & Efficiency Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Support efficient workflow and minimize errors or rework. Workplace Safety & Organization Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Teamwork & Communication Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Align with shift expectations and production schedules. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to stand for extended periods and follow instructions.

Pay Details:
