Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be actively involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your energy and commitment will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and interpret technical drawings or production documents accurately. Measure components with precision using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while maintaining safety standards in accordance with factory procedures. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance productivity. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production areas. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, managing production or assembly teams when required, to meet daily targets efficiently. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical drawings. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a strong advantage. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles and safety protocol adherence. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform mechanical assembly and understand technical specifications. Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and process improvement methodologies. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and managing manual operations in a fast-paced setting.
