Training and Procedures Assistant - Berryville Plant - 25 Jack Enders Blvd About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Training and Procedures Assistant. In this role, you'll help keep our training programs and documentation accurate, organized, and audit-ready — from new hire orientation to the plant's document library. This is a great fit for someone who takes ownership of their work, manages deadlines well, and builds relationships easily across departments and shifts. What You'll Do Coordination & Preparation Gather photos, process information, and supervisor feedback for documentation, and collect required sign-off signatures Schedule training sessions and prepare classrooms and materials in advance Coordinate Picture Days and support orientation sessions as needed Materials & Records Print, assemble, and label training documentation, binders, and packets Create clear, visually engaging materials in Canva using department templates Scan, upload, and file completed documentation, and maintain document libraries Track revision dates, flag documents due for review, and follow up on outstanding training completions Additional Support Support plant and department projects as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, recordkeeping, or production support role Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with working knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and Canva or similar tools Strong communicator who builds relationships easily across departments and shifts High-energy, detail-oriented self-starter who's accountable and manages time well A creative eye for putting together clear, engaging visual materials
Hours:
This is an in-person role onsite working 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Occasionally, they may need to come in earlier in the morning or later in the evening (around 7:00-8:00 PM) to check in with night-shift employees.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
