Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Production Operators II/III with hands-on Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)/Solid Dose Manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate will have experience operating, setting up, cleaning, and troubleshooting pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment used in compression, granulation, encapsulation, coating, or Wurster coating processes. Soft-gel-only manufacturing experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in compliance with c
GMP, FDA
regulations, SOPs, and safety requirements. Perform manufacturing activities including weighing, dispensing, blending, granulation, drying, milling, compression, encapsulation, and coating . Set up, dismantle, clean, and operate production equipment. Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting. Complete batch records, logbooks, protocols, and other manufacturing documentation accurately. Perform in-process checks and batch sampling as required. Verify raw materials, product labels, quality release tags, and batch documentation before production. Maintain clean and organized manufacturing areas. Support deviation investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, and process troubleshooting. Follow all company safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications Level II:
3-7 years of pharmaceutical OSD/Solid Dose manufacturing experience.
Level III:
7+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree. Strong knowledge of c
GMP, FDA
regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes . Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Tablet Compression Granulation Encapsulation - Hard Gel Wurster Coating Pan Coating Fluid Bed Drying Bead Tower Tablet Printing / Ackley Laser Drill Experience cleaning, setting up, dismantling, and operating pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
Pay:
$23.00 - $37.00 per hour
