Job Description
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalentRequired Experience / Skills
- 1+ year of experience operating production machinery
- Ability to operate plastics manufacturing equipment and follow safety, quality, and work instructions
- Basic computer skills for entering and tracking production or quality information
- Ability to inspect parts for defects, dimensions, and quality standards
- Ability to identify and report basic equipment or process issues
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, pushing, and climbing
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Experience/skills:
- Experience with routine machine maintenance, material handling, warehouse staging, or inventory systems
- OSHA-10 or equivalent safety trainingJob Duties
- Operate plastics production machinery according to established procedures
- Load, unload, sort, stage, and move materials and finished products
- Inspect products for quality, defects, dimensions, and specifications
- Monitor equipment and report production, quality, or equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production and quality targets and adapt to changing priorities
- Follow material handling, storage, disposal, and safety procedures
- Work with production team members and leads to maintain efficient production flow
