Job Description
Are you an experienced production team leader looking to help drive safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? As a Final Pack Team Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring delivery targets are achieved while fostering a culture of continuous improvement at LEGO Manufacturing Virginia.

Day 2-2-3 shift pattern Special Training Opportunity Participate in approximately four weeks of paid training at a manufacturer location in Detroit. Training is expected to take place during October and November 2026. Transportation, accommodations, and meals will be provided by The LEGO Group. Flexibility to train on various shifts during the training period may be required. What You'll Do Coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets are achieved. Support and guide a team of approximately 15-20 production team members. Monitor production performance and escalate operational issues when necessary. Conduct process confirmations and support troubleshooting activities to maintain product quality. Lead daily team meetings and communicate performance expectations, priorities, and updates. Support safety initiatives by promoting compliance with PPE requirements, ergonomic practices, and LEGO safety standards. Drive 5S, LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI), and waste reduction initiatives within the work area. Coordinate team member assignments and staffing to support changing production demands. Ensure TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tasks are completed and support operational reliability. Track production metrics and communicate performance gaps related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives. Support onboarding, training, skills development, and performance feedback for team members. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Play Your Part in Our Team's Success As a Final Pack Team Coordinator, you will serve as a key operational leader within the Packing organization. This role supports production teams by optimizing resources, coordinating daily activities, and helping ensure the safe and efficient delivery of LEGO products. You'll play an important role in building a collaborative, high-performing culture while driving continuous improvement across the operation. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma orGED. 2-4
years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience. Experience leading, coordinating, or supervising production teams of approximately 15-20 employees. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of shop floor operations, staffing coordination, and production workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to monitor production performance and escalate issues appropriately. Ability to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Ability to travel domestically for required training. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an automated manufacturing environment. Experience with production KPI tracking and performance management. Knowledge of SAP or other manufacturing systems. Experience supporting 5S, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement programs.
