Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or GED Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience. Forklift operation experience or certification. Experience working in environments with established quality and safety standards. Basic math proficiency, including the ability to work with percentages and perform routine calculations. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a manufacturing setting.

Description:

Support daily manufacturing and production operations to meet production schedules and quality requirements. Follow established operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Assist with material handling, production processes, packaging, and related manufacturing activities. Monitor production processes and report any quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Accurately complete production documentation and records as required. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals. Follow verbal and written instructions carefully and perform assigned tasks efficiently. Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
