Daytime Ice Cream Shop Associate (Production + Customer Service) Falls Church, VA $18/hour plus tips — Part-time (20 hrs/week) Very small independent ice cream shop in Falls Church looking for a reliable daytime person. Tuesday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM This is not a chain and not an overstaffed environment. You will often be working independently and are expected to stay productive without constant direction.

What the job actually is:

Serve customers Take orders and prepare ice cream, coffee, and drinks Keep things moving efficiently Scoop and pack pint containers Label and organize freezer inventory Keep the shop clean, stocked, and presentable Help prepare items for future orders There is always something to do. This is not a "stand around and wait" job.

Reliable and on time Honest and trustworthy Comfortable working independently Good with customers, but also productive when it's quiet Able to take responsibility for the space About the shop: We serve high-quality ice cream made on the farm, along with coffee and other drinks. Small team, not overstaffed, so tips are solid.
