JOB SUMMARY
The Hand Inserter plays a crucial role in our production team by efficiently assembling multiple components into envelopes, attaching stamps, and ensuring adherence to quality and production standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with management regarding production issues. Innovairre - WE

Responsibilities and Activities Inserts multiple components into envelopes and attach stamps. Follows instructions and is able to pay attention to detail. Meets and exceeds production standards and maintains customer quality requirements. Communicates job status and production concerns/issues. Follows all safety policies and procedures. Adheres to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Communicates with Management on any problems developing and corrective action. Works with urgency when working on a deadline to get product to the customer. Continues learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production. Facilitates teamwork among team members. Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education High school diploma or GED required. Work Experience 2 years of manufacturing experience (Print Industry Preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Able to lift and move 50 pounds or more repeatedly. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Ability to apply written and verbal instructions for machine set-up. Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members. Must demonstrate reliability through attendance, punctuality, and ability to stay in work area. Must be able to foster team cooperation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and internal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism. Strong attention to detail in project specifications and quality control. Capability to interpret client instructions into actionable project plans. Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptation to manufacturing guidelines. Team-oriented with a proactive attitude towards achieving project goals.

Compensation:
$14.00-$14.50
