What You'll Do As a Production Associate - 3rd Shift , you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations while helping maintain the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety . In this role, you will: Follow all company policies, safety standards, and production procedures Perform job duties while meeting expectations for quality, safety, and production efficiency Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment alongside a dedicated team Support different departments as needed based on production and staffing demands Assist with maintaining a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: ✔ Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic ✔ Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment ✔ Flexible and willing to support different departments when needed ✔ Safety-focused and committed to quality standards Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have legal authorization to work in the United States Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety expectations Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions Able to work around industrial equipment and stand for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds , with repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms Education & Experience To be considered, candidates should have: A strong and stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment Previous poultry production experience OR food manufacturing experience preferred 6-12 months of consistent work history required Why Bell & Evans?
