Production, Design & Fulfillment Associate Blue Ridge Mountain Gifts is an e-commerce gift company in Fredericksburg looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our production team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position that combines product production, basic design work, order fulfillment, and shipping. You'll learn how to operate professional laser engraving and UV printing equipment, prepare customer designs for production, create personalized products, and help get completed orders packed and shipped to customers across the country. Previous production, fulfillment, and design experience is not required. Training will be provided. We're looking for people who are dependable, comfortable with computers, willing to learn, and take pride in producing quality work. You'll have the opportunity to learn how customer artwork goes from a computer screen to a finished product using professional printing and engraving equipment. What You'll Be Doing Operate laser engraving and UV printing equipment Prepare customer artwork and personalized designs for production Perform basic computer-based design and image preparation Set up and produce personalized products Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy Match completed products with customer orders Pack and prepare orders for shipping Print shipping labels and assist with daily order fulfillment Keep production areas organized and clean Learn different production processes and equipment as you become comfortable in the position Help with other day-to-day production needs as necessary What We're Looking For You do not need experience in all of these areas. We're willing to train someone who has the right attitude and work habits. Our normal production schedule is:

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Our business becomes significantly busier during the holiday season. From Thanksgiving through Christmas, weekend work will be required to help keep up with increased order volume and shipping deadlines. Pay Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. As employees learn additional equipment, processes, and responsibilities, there may be opportunities for continued growth within the position. About the Position This can be a great fit for someone who enjoys working with both technology and their hands . A typical day may involve working on a computer to prepare a customer's design, setting up a laser engraver or printer, producing personalized products, checking finished orders for quality, and then helping package those products for shipment. Because every day involves customer orders, accuracy and attention to detail matters.
