Description:

Position Summary The Plant Production Worker is responsible for performing a variety of production, assembly, material handling, and general plant duties to support the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. This position requires a dependable, hands-on individual who is willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in producing quality work. This job offers the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, based on production needs and business requirements. Scheduling options may include adjusted start times, alternate shifts, or other approved scheduling arrangements. Essential Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Operate production equipment and hand tools safely after receiving appropriate training.
• Assemble, process, package, label, and prepare products for the next stage of production.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the plant.
• Inspect products and materials for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Follow production schedules and meet established productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately when required.
• Work cooperatively with team members and other departments.
• Assist with various plant duties and projects as assigned.
