Primary Responsibilities Support general warehouse and production workflows. Manage the movement, packaging, and sorting of inventory. Ensure items are ready for efficient shipping and distribution. Execute repetitive motions within a high-speed production setting. Contribute to team productivity by remaining mobile and standing throughout the shift. Help maintain a tidy and orderly workspace for the entire team. Support the company by adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines. Carry out directives provided by management and team leads. Candidate Qualifications Ability to thrive while working in a cold storage environment. Demonstrated reliability and consistent punctuality. Capacity to stand for long durations while completing physical and repetitive duties.
