Contract-to-Hire Job Summary Adecco is hiring reliable and safety-conscious Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Portsmouth, VA. This is a hands-on, contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals with industrial or manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Perform routine equipment inspections and operational checks Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns Follow quality control standards and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production operations and complete assigned tasks as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, or industrial equipment experience Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work overtime as required Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Pay Details:
