Job Description
Gillmann Services is seeking a general plant laborer to support production areas, perform clean‑up, monitor conditions, and assist during peak periods. The role requires physical work and adherence to safety procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of raw material loading experience in an industrial setting. Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Ability to learn mechanical equipment operation and maintenance is a plus. OSHA 10 Ability to pass a drug test and background check Responsibilities Perform general plant labor and clean-up of production areas. Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials Observe, monitor and report conditions that could lead to nonconformity or irregularities. Fill in for other operators during vacations or high production demand as trained. Report equipment problems to management and complete relevant shift reports. Load material onto customer trucks and operate small front-end loader / water truck / skid steer. Keep work areas clean and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
