We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing and leading a team of assembly workers to ensure the efficient execution of work orders. Your responsibilities will include training team members on correct packaging procedures to maintain product quality and meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of assembly workers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders. Oversee the production line to maintain efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. Train team members on proper packaging procedures to uphold product quality and meet customer specifications. Monitor production processes, addressing issues or concerns to minimize downtime and maximize output. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements enhancing productivity and quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of production activities including inventory levels, output, and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality and meeting customer specifications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of assembly and packaging procedures is desirable.
