Fastsigns of Richmond is looking to add a motivated and energetic team member to our production staff!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Team Member to join our sign shop team. The Production Team Member supports the day-to-day operations of sign production, including printing, cutting, assembling, and finishing signage. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the fabrication and assembly of various types of signs (vinyl, banners, dimensional letters, vehicle graphics, etc.). Operate and maintain production equipment, such as vinyl cutters, laminators, large-format printers, flat-bed printers, and hand tools. Prepare and apply vinyl to substrates with precision and care. Perform quality control checks on materials and finished products. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Help with packaging and preparing signs for delivery or installation. Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials and tools.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sign production or a similar manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery. Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take direction.
