6:00pm - 6:00am Build Your Career with Us We're looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team as a Fermentation Operator . In this hands-on role, you'll operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, and help produce high-quality products in a clean and safe environment. Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or looking to grow your skills, we provide training and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do As a Fermentation Operator, you will: Operate and clean equipment including fermenters, centrifuges, and spray dryers Maintain a clean production environment by following hygiene and GMP standards Use computers to track production information and complete inventory transactions Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture Complete production documentation and process paperwork accurately Support continuous improvement activities using LEAN manufacturing principles Work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications Willingness to work 12-hour shifts Ability to walk stairs frequently throughout the shift Comfortable working at elevated heights Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move consistently during the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Pay & Benefits Competitive Pay $19-$21 per hour Outstanding Benefits Starting Day One 401(k) with up to 9% company contribution Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation 12 paid holidays 2 weeks of Wellness Time Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Healthcare Savings Account with employer contribution Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Parental Leave Tuition Reimbursement Why Join Us?
