Responsibilities Assemble products and components accurately following technical drawings, work instructions, and production documents. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical knowledge to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Interpret technical specifications and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production areas. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to assembly procedures. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets while managing heavy lifting and manual handling responsibilities. Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially within an assembly line environment. Familiarity with manufacturing management practices, lean manufacturing principles, and safety standards in production settings. Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, managing production or assembly teams is advantageous. Knowledge of warehouse operations, and adherence to safety protocols is a plus.
