We are committed to providing dependable, high-quality garment care while building lasting relationships with our customers. Position Summary Master Cleaners is seeking a dependable Garment Presser to join our production team. Prior experience with garment pressing is not necessary. We will provide the training needed for the right candidate to succeed in this role. Work Schedule This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:30 a.m. The ending time may vary depending on the amount of work for the day, but shifts typically finish between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Expected weekly hours are approximately 18-20. Compensation Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, efficiency, and skill may have the opportunity to earn closer to $20.00 per hour, based on ability. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can work efficiently while still paying close attention to quality. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn our pressing process, follow instructions carefully, and maintain good attention to detail. This position also requires good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, clear communication, and the ability to work in a warm or sometimes hot production environment. Candidates must also be comfortable standing for most of the shift. Job Responsibilities As a Garment Presser, you will press different types of garments as part of our production workflow. You will work at a steady pace as garments move through the workstation, helping maintain both speed and quality throughout the process. This role also requires completing tasks safely, accurately, and effectively while working in a hot production setting.
