Responsibilities for a Production Operator include but are not limited to: Operate compression presses according to safety regulations and standard operating instructions. Spray molds with lubricant as required. Assemble and weigh materials according to molding specifications. Load materials into molds and initiate cure cycles. Unload finished molded parts from presses. Visually inspect finished products for defects and quality standards. Trim, inspect, and package completed products. Use hand tools, spray guns, hoists, air hoses, and other production equipment. Candidates for Production Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered: Previous manufacturing or production experience. Experience working with compression presses, molding equipment, or assembly operations. Experience using hand tools in a production environment. Experience working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
