Production Associate - Full Time

Sweet Tree Holdings is looking for Production Plant Workers at our Island Pond Facility. Production workers work on the production line doing a variety of tasks including boxing, labeling, moving pallets, and more. We offer a great benefits package to full time workers as well as 4-day workweeks.

Our team is actively working on producing our Maple Syrup for the season! Due to this, if you are hired into this role, you may experience part time production hours until May 2026, at which full time production hours will resume. You will also be called in for boiling shifts. Please be aware of varying hours during boiling season (March-May) Anyone is welcome to apply. Wages above $16.00/hour will be based on relevant experience. Sweet Tree is one of the largest Maple Syrup Producers in the world and we want you to be part of it!

Requirements:

Be physically able to do manual labor Be able to lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the day Be able to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices Align with Sweet Tree's Culture / Standards Must have valid photo ID as well as good transportation. Open Availability and ability to be on call during the Maple Boiling Season Be able to stand for long periods of time Be able to work at a fast pace
