Job Summary:

Responsible for performing a variety of production and manufacturing tasks to support daily operations while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures. Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards. Inspect materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Measure and verify products as needed to ensure accuracy and quality. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Required Skills:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
