Coach your team to focus on doing it right the first time. Share customer feedback so everyone knows how we can do better. Keep It Moving Help the team hit daily goals and keep production on track. Make smart calls about how to best use people and resources. Work with leaders to solve issues before they become roadblocks. Help train new team members and keep everyone developing their skills. Use visual tools to track progress and celebrate wins. Keep Improving Encourage your team to find better, faster, and smarter ways to work. Lead root cause sessions to tackle waste and process issues. Jump in on waste walks and improvement projects — your voice matters. • 26 per hour What You Bring High school diploma or GED.

3+ years of handson experience in manufacturing, production, or operations. Strong communication skills and an easytoworkwith attitude. Experience coaching others and using lean or continuous improvement concepts. Organized, detailfocused, and solid under pressure. Good at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
