Sewing Associate

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a team that takes pride in producing work they stand behind. The qualified candidate will be part of a small, cross-functional team, trained to support all steps in the manufacturing process. We're looking for someone who can contribute creatively, works to preserve the quality of these authentic, heirloom-quality pieces and is looking for a position with the potential for growth.

This position is located at 238 Innovation Drive, Clarendon, Vermont Are you… Technically proficient in sewing? Physically capable of sewing large dimension fabric up to 12' in length? Excited to be a team member of the Mountain Weave Production Department? A detail and deadline-oriented person? Able to stand, walk, twist, bend and pull? Reliable, with regards to attendance, punctuality and quality of work? Have you… Experience operating a sewing machine? The ability to work as part of a cross-functional team that produces a high-quality product? The flexibility to perform tasks such as cutting, fringing and folding? Produce consistent high-quality product? Become a reliable addition to the Mountain Weave team? Education- Experience- Skills Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain a sewing machine. Physically able to maneuver and sew large items. Ability to work with others. Ability to learn and take direction.
