Lead Operator Assembly - Coat 2nd Shift Discover your exciting role The role of our Coating Lead would be to coordinate the daily operations of a production team on our production floor. Foster a positive team environment, ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards while displaying the core behaviors of leader.
