Job Description
Summary The Manufacturing Associate position is a hybrid role that includes operating a water jet, running a saw and doing assembly work. Core skills in blueprint reading, machining, using precision measuring tools and mechanical knowledge will be essential in executing tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications. Operate water jet and other precision machinery to manufacture components. Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues. Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and adhere to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge Familiarity with basic math and machining techniques Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and hand tools Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and assembly processes
