Schedule:
2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM-2:30AM Pay:
$19.00-$24.00 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential Pay is based on skills, experience, shift, internal equity, and business needs. We support employee growth through hands-on training, skill development, performance-based advancement, and opportunities to build a long-term career with our team. What You Will Do Support high-speed beverage packaging operations across bottle, can, keg, and variety pack lines while helping ensure safety, quality, food safety, and production goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment
- Perform quality checks on products, labels, packaging, fill levels, and pallet patterns
- Support line changeovers, startups, material staging, and line readiness activities
- Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately
- Troubleshoot and report equipment, quality, and production issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet production requirements What We're Looking For

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work around moving machinery, conveyors, forklifts, and production traffic
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
