Production Operators All Shifts

Description Vermont Cider Company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. We have openings on all shifts at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT. 1st Shift Schedule

• Monday
• Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm 2nd Shift Schedule
• Monday
• Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am
• Shift differential applies 3rd Shift Schedule
• Friday-Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30 pm
• Shift differential applies

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Document production activities and report any issues or deviations

• Competitive pay rate of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience
• Additional $2 per hour shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd shift and 3rd shift

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities About the
