What You'll Do
As an Attendant, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents by:
Assisting residents with daily routines and reminders
Responding to resident call systems and providing support
Helping with meal service and dining assistance
Performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Making beds and helping maintain resident living spaces
Documenting resident care and observations
Providing friendly customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Supporting a positive, home-like atmosphere
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
A caring, compassionate attitude and positive outlook
Dependability and willingness to help when coverage is needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with older adults is preferred
Personal or professional experience supporting individuals with dementia is a plus
