Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, operating some small machinery, and ensuring quality control. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality products.

Duties:

• Ensuring cleaning, and sanitation protocols are closely followed.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production processes
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling materials
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
