first shift Job Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a growing door manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in various stages of production, assembly, quality inspection, material handling, and packaging of finished products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, warehouse, or woodworking experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate small and large production machinery used in door manufacturing Assemble doors on a production line according to specifications Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Machine doors for hardware installation Prepare, move, and handle materials throughout the production process Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment and delivery Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications Preferred Experience:
