•Friday, 7:00 AM until job completion (usual end time approximately 3:30 PM); first day start time is 9:00 AM Logic Staffing is seeking a Unit Builder to join a growing and dynamic production team! Steel-toed footwear is required! Place metal framing sides into a large frame with slots for wood piece placement Work alongside a machine that staples wood pieces once placed Move completed frames onto a cart for the next stage of production Assist in the assembly of mattress components by working alongside a team member on the production line Remove spring units from a conveyor system and apply the first layer of foam using a hot glue gun Stack completed units onto pallets for the next stage of production Follow all safety procedures and wear provided PPE, including safety glasses and protective arm sleeves Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area while meeting production goals

Position Requirements:

Hard skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis; comfortable performing heavy lifting with a partner; ability to keep up with a fast-paced production environment Soft skills: Ability to sit/stand for the entire duration of the shift; ability to bend, stoop, lift, and reach throughout the shift; dependable and safety-conscious; works well as part of a team
