Job Description We are a small family owned and operated hemp processor seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to aid in the preparation and processing of biomass. This role involves shredding dried material, operating extraction equipment and maintaining clean and organized work areas. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and able to follow strict protocols in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Shred and weigh flower for extraction Load and unload biomass into extraction equipment Monitor, maintain and operate shredder and extraction equipment Follow all safety and compliance protocols Support the extraction team with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Comfortable working with lab equipment and handling solvents (with training) Ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks

Preferred Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude
