This holiday season, we're looking for a team of exceptional people to join our Holiday Elf Squad | Seasonal & On-Call Event Production Team —our crew of creative, energetic, and dependable event professionals who help bring the magic to life. What You'll Be Doing As a Holiday Elf, you'll work alongside our designers and production team to create stunning holiday installations from start to finish.

Your days may include:

Installing breathtaking holiday décor both indoors and out Decorating luxury Christmas trees and seasonal displays Loading and unloading trucks with event décor, furniture, floral, and rental items Styling tablescapes, lounges, and festive installations Hanging garland, wreaths, lighting, and oversized décor Building photo ops and displays Organizing the warehouse and preparing elements Delivering exceptional service to clients, venues, and vendor partners Transforming empty spaces into unforgettable holiday experiences Every day is different. You enjoy working hard, thinking creatively, and being part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We're looking for people who are: Experience in events, hospitality, floral, visual merchandising, warehouse operations, theater, construction, or customer service—but enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation. This position would be part time to full-time depending on availability/flexibility. Pay is hourly with additional bonus opportunities. Starting pay rates range between $20-$30.00+ per hour
