Day Shift:
5:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Thursday + OT on Friday- Paid Training Available Start Your Manufacturing Career Today Are you looking for a stable opportunity with consistent hours, paid training, and room to grow?
- Assemble parts and equipment following quality standards and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
- Complete sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within production timelines
- Rotate through different workstations and gain experience across the production line
- Learn and develop blueprint and schematic reading skills
- Inspect products, identify quality concerns, and report issues
- Record measurements and production-related information accurately
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes
- Move materials, components, and finished products as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team operations and grow into advanced production responsibilities What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20-50 lbs throughout the shift
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Assembly or warehouse experience
- Experience using hand tools and power tools

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
