In this role, you will safely operate and monitor paper mill production equipment, ensuring output meets quality, efficiency, and uptime targets. Responsibilities include basic machine adjustments, troubleshooting, material handling, and accurate recording of production data. Responsibilities Operate and monitor mill production equipment to meet safety, quality, and output targets. Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic mechanical troubleshooting on machinery. Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE, in a heavy industrial environment. Inspect product quality and take action to correct defects or report issues. Handle raw materials, rolls, and finished goods using pallet jacks or forklifts. Accurately record production data, downtime, and quality checks in systems or logs. Collaborate with maintenance, warehouse, and shift teams to resolve issues quickly. Participate in continuous improvement, 5 S, and housekeeping activities across the mill.
