Start at entry level and build your future with us NORPAC is now accepting applications for Paper Mill Production Team Member (Entry Level) positions. Qualifications What We Are Looking for:
    Physical Endurance:
    Able to perform heavy physical labor in hot, humid, and noisy environments
      Teamwork:
      Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude
      • Attention to
      Detail:
      Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
        Basic Skills:
        Solid math, reading, and writing abilities
          Flexibility:
          Willingness to work rotating or day shifts This is a safety-sensitive position.
          Required:
          High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
          Preferred:
          Previous experience in industrial production experience Familiarity with mobile equipment and mechanical aptitude
          Compensation:
          NORPAC encourages professional development/tenure and rewards its employees based on time and performance. Starting pay is $24.71/hour, including a premium. Based on time and performance, pay typically reaches full rate of $33.49 per hour in about 18 months.
